TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders are handled, fulfilled, and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) enter review that business day; later orders enter review the next business day. Handling Time / Processing Time is 1-3 Business Days. Standard transit is 7-13 Business Days after dispatch, producing a total estimated delivery time of 8-16 Business Days. Business Days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.

SHIPPING COST

Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Standard Shipping is displayed as $0.00 USD at checkout, with no separate handling charge.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Service is limited to the contiguous United States; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not currently supported. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). Customers should verify the recipient name, street, unit, city, state, ZIP code, and telephone number before payment.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

Tracked delivery may be handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL according to parcel dimensions, destination, and service availability. Each board or board set is matched to the ordered dimensions and quantity, kept dry, separated with protective paper, and cushioned to limit edge or surface damage during transit.

ORDER TRACKING

The dispatch email identifies the assigned carrier and tracking number. Customers can enter the number on the carrier's official website. The first tracking scan may require one business day to appear.

DELIVERY SUPPORT

For a delayed scan, damaged parcel, missing delivery, or address question, email care@dailyso.shop with the order number and relevant photographs. Dailyso will review the carrier record and provide the available next step.
